Introduction
This document outlines the copyright ownership, licensing terms, usage rights, and restrictions applicable to all photographic works created and supplied by GIROVISUALS (“the Photographer”). These terms apply unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Copyright Ownership
All photographs produced by the Photographer are protected under Australian and international copyright law. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, the Photographer retains full and exclusive copyright to all images. Copyright is not transferred upon purchase, download, or delivery of final images.
Licensing Overview

When clients purchase or receive images from the Photographer, they are granted a license to use those images under specific conditions. A license outlines how, where, and for how long an image may be used.
