  • Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Cancellations must be made in writing. Any prepaid session fees or deposits may be forfeited.
  • Turnaround: Delivery timelines for final images or media will be communicated at the time of service. Delays may occur due to technical or creative considerations.
  • Service Limitations: GIROVISUALS is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by equipment failure, weather, client non‑cooperation, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Restrictions: Clients may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the content to third parties without written approval.
  • Copyright Ownership: All copyrights remain with GIROVISUALS unless otherwise agreed in a signed release or licence agreement.
  • Alterations: Clients must not significantly edit, alter, or manipulate the content beyond standard cropping or colour adjustments without written permission.
  • Attribution: Attribution to GIROVISUALS is appreciated but not required unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
  • Extended or Exclusive Licences: Available upon request and may incur additional fees.
